1. Introduction

Welcome to Wellness Wave IV. By accessing our website, booking, and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

Wellness Wave IV is operated by a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.


2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use our services. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have their consent and, where applicable, are legally authorised to act on their behalf.


3. Medical Disclaimer

Our services are for general wellness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. You should consult your GP or a qualified medical professional before undergoing any IV therapy or wellness treatment. Wellness Wave IV accepts no responsibility for any decision made based on information provided through our services or website.


4. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

Booking:

Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person. Some services may require pre-payment to secure your booking.

Card Details Requirement:

To secure your booking, valid payment card details are required. These will be securely stored via PCI-compliant systems. The card will not be charged at the time of booking but will be used to process payment for services rendered after the appointment.

  • No-Show/Failure to Cancel: In the event of a no-show or failure to cancel within the required 24-hour notice period, a no-show fee will apply.

Cancellations:
  • More than 24 hours in advance: No charge, and full refund where applicable.

  • Less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows: Subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Late Arrival: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service, or your appointment may be forfeited if the schedule cannot accommodate the delay.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.


5. Call-Out/Travel Fee

A £45 travel fee will apply for all mobile visits (home or office). This fee covers the cost of travel to your location and is added to the service cost at the time of booking. For visits outside of our standard service area, additional charges may apply, and you will be notified before confirming your booking.


6. Right to Refuse Service

Wellness Wave IV reserves the right to refuse service to any individual:

  • Who behaves in a rude, aggressive, or inappropriate manner towards staff or other clients;

  • Who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol;

  • Where providing the service would pose a health or safety risk;

  • Where, in our professional judgment, the service is not appropriate.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for abuse or harassment of any kind.


7. Mobile Visits: Home and Office Visits

We are pleased to offer mobile visits to your home or office. The following applies to both types of visits:

Home Visits:
  • You must provide a safe, clean, and accessible environment for the service. If the location is deemed unsuitable, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Parking: Adequate parking must be provided at the location. If parking is unavailable or difficult, we may charge additional fees to cover the cost of parking or the time lost in searching for parking.

Office Visits:
  • For office visits, we require a quiet, private area where the service can be performed comfortably and without disruption. You are responsible for ensuring the area is suitable for treatment.

  • Booking Lead Time: Office visits may require a longer booking lead time, especially for larger groups or multiple people. Please plan accordingly when scheduling.


8. Children & Pets Policy

To maintain a safe environment for all clients, the following applies to mobile visits:

  • Children: Children must be supervised at all times during the mobile visit. If a child is present, please ensure they remain at a safe distance from the area of service and equipment. We cannot provide services to individuals under 18 years old.

  • Pets: For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed during the mobile visit, unless they are certified service animals. If you are bringing a service animal, please notify us when booking to ensure appropriate accommodations can be made.


9. Packages – Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable Terms

When purchasing a service package, the following terms apply:

  • Non-Refundable: All packages are non-refundable. If you do not use the services within the specified timeframe, the remaining sessions will be forfeited.

  • Non-Transferable: Packages and services are non-transferable to other individuals.

  • Depletion of Services: If you miss or fail to cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, the corresponding service will be deducted from your package.

  • Expiry Date: All services must be used within the specified timeframe. Any unused sessions after the expiry date will be considered expired and will not be refunded or extended.


10. Liability & Limitations

We take all reasonable care in delivering our services, but:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.

  • We are not liable for failure or delay in providing services due to events outside our control (e.g. illness, adverse weather, technical failures, supply chain disruptions).

  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Subject to the above, our total liability to you (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.


11. Feedback & Complaints

We welcome all feedback as it helps us improve. If you are unhappy with any part of our service:

  • Please speak with us directly at the time of your appointment where possible;

  • Alternatively, email us at info@wellnesswaveiv.co.uk.

We will aim to acknowledge all complaints within 3 working days and respond fully within 10 working days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the complaint to the relevant professional or regulatory body.


12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Wellness Wave IV or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without permission.


13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
